Brand strategy, messaging, and campaign execution behind Gantri's first wireless lighting launch.

Context

Gantri partnered with Ammunition on the physical collection, 10 designs across three families, Drift, Pier, and Eave and with Toronto-based studio newkid on the campaign, "Light That Moves You." As senior brand designer, I led messaging and brand tone across social and email (sign-up, abandoned cart, continue shopping, and more), all within a two-month window ahead of the May 2026 launch.

Context

Gantri partnered with Ammunition on the physical collection, 10 designs across three families, Drift, Pier, and Eave and with Toronto-based studio newkid on the campaign, "Light That Moves You." As senior brand designer, I led messaging and brand tone across social and email (sign-up, abandoned cart, continue shopping, and more), all within a two-month window ahead of the May 2026 launch.

Exploration

Working with newkid's messaging system, our team carried one core idea across every channel: wireless light isn't new, it's old, finally set free again. A callback to candlelight and lanterns before cords tied light to a wall. From the tagline down to product names and email subject lines, every touchpoint felt like part of the same story. We also carried the collection-level storytelling through, where each of the three families, Drift, Pier, and Eave, drew its own identity from a different piece of California geography, while still reading as part of one consistent voice. Bringing all of that together for the ICFF booth with Zomuzi (Booth Designer) meant making sure that same tone showed up physically and reflected the physical showroom Gantri has in San Francisco.
